JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have traded CB CJ Henderson to the Carolina Panthers in exchange for TE Dan Arnold, the team announced today. In addition, the Jaguars signed WR Tim Jones to the practice squad.
Arnold, 6-6, 240, was originally signed by New Orleans in 2017 and spent the first two years of his career with the Saints prior to signing with Arizona in 2019. He posted career highs with the Cardinals in 2020 when he tallied 31 receptions for 438 yards and four TDs in 16 games played. He signed with Carolina prior to the 2021 season and played in all three games and posted seven receptions for 84 yards.
The Milwaukee native attended Shanley High School in Fargo, N.D. and competed collegiately in football and track at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
