JACKSONVILLE – A third member of the Jaguars has been named among the NFL's Top 100 players.
And while this honoree didn't play for the Jaguars in 2015, he is expected to be a key part of the offense in 2016.
Running back Chris Ivory, who signed with the Jaguars as an unrestricted free agent from the New York Jets this past March, was named on Wednesday night as a member of the NFL Network's Top 100 Players of 2016.
Ivory made the list at No. 78.
Ivory, a Pro Bowl selection for the Jets last season, led the AFC in rushing this past season with 1,070 yards and seven touchdowns on 247 carries. He has rushed for 4,031 yards and 24 touchdowns on 883 carries in six NFL seasons, playing his first two seasons with the New Orleans Saints and his last four with the Jets.
Jaguars linebacker Telvin Smith made the Top 100 at No. 83 last week and wide receiver Allen Hurns made it at No. 89.
