JACKSONVILLE – Calais Campbell remains an elite player.
And for a second consecutive year, he is considered one of the best 100 players in the NFL.
Campbell, a Pro Bowl defensive end for the Jaguars each of the past two seasons, on Friday was named one of the NFL's Top 100 Players of 2019 by the NFL Network. Campbell was No. 54 on the list, an announcement made Friday when the network unveiled Selections No. 51-60.
Campbell, who signed with the Jaguars as an unrestricted free agent in the 2017 offseason, has led the Jaguars in sacks in each of his two seasons with the team. He registered 14.5 sacks in 2017 and 10.5 sacks last season.
Campbell was No. 14 on the list in 2018.
