That's the conclusion of a recent Washington Post project that attempted to analyze two decades worth of NFL Drafts and assess the value of every selection made since 1996.
The Jaguars according to the project have a draft rank of seventh among NFL teams during that span. he project leans on a metric known as "draft value," which was created by the website Profootballreference.com.
