The Jacksonville Jaguars today signed first-year offensive tackle Daniel Baldridge to the active roster from the practice squad and placed defensive end Matt Roth (concussion) and cornerback Ashton Youboty (hamstring) on injured reserve. The Jaguars currently have 52 players on the active roster, 25 players on injured reserve and three on the practice squad.
Baldridge, 6-8, 311, spent the first 16 weeks on the club's practice squad. He was signed as an undrafted rookie in 2010 and spent the majority of that season on the practice squad. Baldridge started 24 games in four seasons at Marshall and was a second-team All-Conference USA selection as a senior. He played only one season of high school football.
