To enter, mail or bring your poster entry to: Jacksonville Jaguars, ATTN: 3-A-Day Poster Contest, One ALLTEL Stadium Place, Jacksonville, FL 32202. Visit jaguars.com/poster for your official entry form or submit entry with a 3 1/2" x 5" index card with the following information: Name, School, County, Grade, Teacher's Name, Parent's Name, and Parent's Telephone Number. The contest begins on October 18, 2004 and is scheduled to end on November 18, 2004. One Grand Prize Winner and Two (2) Runners-Up will be announced on November 19, 2004. The Grand Prize Winner and two (2) Runners-Up shall be selected from a pool of six (6) finalists – one (1) finalist from each grade level K-5. Odds of winning depend on the number of poster entries received. One (1) Grand Prize Winner shall receive the opportunity to take Jaguars Running Back Fred Taylor to school for two (2) hours on date set by Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd and a Fred Taylor autographed poster framed with the winner's poster. A nutritional classroom visit from Dairy Management, Inc. and prize package from the Dairy Management, Inc. and the Jacksonville Jaguars shall also be awarded to the Grand Prize winner. Two (2) Runners-Up shall receive a classroom visit by Jaxson de Ville, The ROAR, and Dairy Management, Inc. representatives. Two (2) Runners-Up and remaining three (3) finalists shall receive a Fred Taylor autographed poster and a prize package from Dairy Management, Inc. and the Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd. If any winner is unavailable to redeem his prize, a secondary winner will be selected. Winners' participation and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use his or her name, photograph, and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion on behalf of Dairy Management, Inc. and Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd. without compensation.

This contest is void where prohibited by law. This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. No purchase necessary. Decisions of contest management with respect to the contest are final. Must be a K-5 public school student in Duval, Nassau, Clay, Baker, and St. John's counties. Prizes will be issued by Dairy Management, Inc. and Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd. Participants assume all risks of the game. Employees of Dairy Management Inc. and Jacksonville Jaguars Ltd. -- and the agencies and immediate families of each (spouses, and parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and members of that same household -- are not eligible.

Winners agree that Dairy Management, Inc. and Jacksonville Jaguars, Ltd., their respective employees, parent or affiliate organizations, or agents shall not be liable for losses or injuries of any kind resulting from acceptance of and/or participation in prize and/or contest.
