JACKSONVILLE – London's calling early in 2017.
The Jaguars will play host to the Baltimore Ravens at London's historic Wembley Stadium on Sunday, September 24, 2017, the league announced Friday morning.
The Week 3 matchup marks the earliest the earliest London date for the Jaguars in what has become an annual game for the team there.
They played San Francisco in London in Week 8 in 2013, then played Dallas there in Week 9 of 2014, Buffalo there in Week 7 in 2015 and Indianapolis there in Week 4 this past season.
The Jaguars are 2-2 playing in Wembley, losing to the 49ers 42-10 and the Cowboys 31-17 and beating Buffalo 34-31 and Indianapolis 30-27.
The NFL also announced that the Miami Dolphins will play host the New Orleans Saints Sunday, October 1 in Week 4 of 2017. Kickoff times and bye weeks have yet to be confirmed and will be announced at a later date.
The Jaguars have had a bye week each of the past four seasons following the London game.
The Jaguars were the first NFL team to commit to playing a home game annually at Wembley, and the NFL in 2015 announced that the deal was extended for five years. The Jaguars are committed to play a home game per year at Wembley through 2020. They remain the only team in the NFL with yearly a commitment to play an annual home game in London.
