JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars will be playing a big rivalry game in London next season.
The Jaguars, playing in the NFL's International Series for the fourth consecutive season, will play the Indianapolis Colts on October 2 in Week 4 of the 2016 NFL season, the league announced Wednesday morning. The game will be played at Wembley Stadium in London, marking the fourth consecutive season the Jaguars have played a home game at Wembley.
It also will mark the first time the Jaguars have played an AFC South opponent as a home game in London. The Jaguars played the San Francisco 49ers at Wembley in2013, playing the Dallas Cowboys there in 2014 and the Buffalo Bills there last month.
There will be two other NFL games in London in the 2016 season. The St. Louis Rams will host the NFC East team that finishes in the same spot in the standings as the Rams do in the NFC West. That game will be played at Twickenham Stadium on October 23.
The Cincinnati Bengals will play host to the Washington Redskins at Wembley in Week 8 on Sunday, October 30.
