JACKSONVILLE – Safety Darnell Savage as expected, will be out Sunday.
Savage, a versatile veteran who played extensively at nickel corner in Week 1, was among six Jaguars players made inactive for their Week 2 game against the Cleveland Browns at EverBank Stadium Sunday. He sustained a quadriceps injury in practice Wednesday.
The Jaguars also announced five other players as inactive ninety minutes before kickoff Sunday.
