The Jacksonville Jaguars today signed rookie linebacker Mike Lockley to the active roster from the practice squad and signed second-year offensive lineman George Bussey to the practice squad.  Third-year tight end Martin Rucker was placed on injured reserve with a back injury.

Lockley spent the first nine weeks of the regular season on the Jaguars practice squad after signing as an undrafted rookie.  The Orlando native was a four-year letterman at Florida Atlantic and started his final two seasons at middle linebacker.  He tallied 120 tackles along with 6.5 tackles for loss and two sacks as a senior.

Bussey, 6-3, 305, was a fifth-round draft pick of New England in 2009.  He spent his entire rookie season on injured reserve with a knee injury and was waived/injured in 2010 by the Patriots prior to the regular season opener.  In 2011 he played for the Tampa Bay Storm of the Arena Football League.  A native of Louisville, Kentucky, he was a four-year letterman at Louisville where he earned All-Big East honors as a senior.
