JACKSONVILLE – This is the Jaguars' 2025 general manager tracker.

The latest news on this front is that the Jaguars on Friday completed an interview with Los Angeles Rams Director of Scouting Strategy James Gladstone for their vacant general manager position.

It marked the fifth of a planned five "second interviews" for the position, with the Jaguars previously interviewing:

  • Green Bay Packers Vice President of Player Personnel Jon-Eric Sullivan
  • San Francisco 49ers Director/Scouting and Football Operations Josh Williams
  • Chicago Bears Assistant General Manager Ian Cunningham

The Jaguars and former General Manager Trent Baalke parted ways on Wednesday, January 22. They hired former Tampa Bay Buccaneers offensive coordinator Liam Coen as the franchise's eighth head coach on Friday, January 24, having dismissed former Head Coach Doug Pederson on January 6.
