SAN DIEGO, California – Pregame held little drama for the Jaguars Sunday.
That wasn't unexpected – with the only Jaguars declared inactive for Week 2 players already ruled out and five "healthy scratches."
Cornerback Prince Amukamara and running back Chris Ivory, two veteran newcomers and key contributors, were among seven players ruled inactive for the Jaguars' Week 2 matchup with the San Diego Chargers an hour and a half before kickoff at Qualcomm Stadium Sunday at 4:25 p.m.
Amukamara (hamstring) and Ivory (general medical issue) both had been ruled out Friday.
The Jaguars' other Week 2 inactives: quarterback Brandon Allen, defensive end Tyson Alualu, defensive end Chris Smith, wide receiver Bryan Walters and offensive guard Chris Reed.
