SAN DIEGO, Calif. – Clay Harbor isn't just getting his first action of the season Sunday.
As expected, he's getting his first start, too.
Harbor, the Jaguars' fifth-year veteran tight end, will start and be one of two players active at the spot for the Jaguars. Newly acquired Nic Jacobs – signed from the New Orleans Saints' practice squad Tuesday – also will be active at the position.
Harbor missed the first three regular-season games and the preseason with a calf injury.
Tight end Mickey Shuler was declared inactive 90 minutes before kickoff, as were wide receiver Marqise Lee, guard Tyler Shatley, offensive tackle Austin Pasztor, wide receiver Tavarres King, linebacker Jeremiah George and cornerback Jeremy Harris.
With Lee out, Cecil Shorts III and Allen Robinson are expected to start at receiver for a second consecutive week with Allen Hurns the third receiver.
Sam Young will make a second consecutive start for Pasztor.
