Dance Trance Fitness is a highly successful fitness program in Jacksonville and has been involved in many charity events. Because dance fitness is so popular, Dance Trance Fitness has decided to team up with one of the best foundations in Jacksonville to create an exciting dance fitness event called "Dance for a Cause." This charity event will let people in the community experience dance fitness and at the same time support the great children's charities associated with the Jack Del Rio Foundation.
"Dance for a Cause" charity classes will be offered throughout the summer for four great organizations hosted by the Jack Del Rio Foundation; The Seamark Ranch, Cathedral Arts Project, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Florida, and the American Cancer Society. Try out a dance fitness class and also help a great charity! Donations for Dance Trance classes are $15 each. Additional donations are also accepted. Persons donating $30 or more will receive a Jack Del Rio Foundation/Dance Trance tank top. Autographs will be available for purchased tank tops from head coach Jack Del Rio, Jacksonville Jaguars players, and The Roar Jaguars cheerleaders according to the schedule below.
