Friday night's preseason opener against the Carolina Panthers is "Junior Jaguars Night," and $9 of each $30 ticket bought through a designated youth program will be donated back to that youth program, such as Pop Warner, the Police Athletic League and the YMCA.
The game will be televised on WJXT Channel 4, but plenty of good tickets are available for $40, $50, $65 and $95 per ticket. Tickets can be purchased at the Jaguars Ticket Office, by visiting the Internet at www.jaguars.com , or by calling the 24-hour touch-tone telephone ticketing system at 1-888-397-0100.
The game will be the first preseason game televised on WJXT. Sam Kouvaris will handle the play-by-play, with former Jaguars Jeff Lageman as the color analyst and Dave Widell as the sideline reporter. The pregame show will begin at 7:00 p.m. with Widell and Jennifer Candelino.
