JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars have a new offensive leader.

Grant Udinski, a five-year NFL coaching veteran who worked with one of the NFL's top young coaches and top offenses in 2024, has been named the Jaguars' new offense coordinator.

The team announced Udinski's hiring on Wednesday, February 5.

"Grant will bring a wealth of knowledge, energy and a winning mindset to help lead our offense here in Jacksonville," said Head Coach Liam Coen. "He is a rising star in this league that has been a pillar of success for the Vikings organization and we can't wait to have him lead our offense."

Udinski, 29, spent the past three seasons with the Minnesota Vikings as an assistant on the offensive staff – including this last season as assistant offensive coordinator/assistant quarterbacks coach. The Vikings ranked ninth in the NFL in 2024 in points scored (25.4 points per game) and 12th in total yards (346.9 per game) under Head Coach Kevin O'Connell.

Udinski was the Vikings' assistant quarterbacks coach in 2023 and assistant to the head coach/special projects in 2022.

The Vikings, who made the postseason in 2024 with a 14-3 record, also ranked sixth in the NFL in passing offense last season at 237.8 yards per game.

Udinski, who played defensive end at Towson from 2016-2018 and who played one season at Davidson in 2015, will enter his sixth NFL season in 2025.

Udinski spent the 2019 season as a graduate assistant at Baylor, then spent 2020-2021 as a coaching assistant with the Carolina Panthers.

A native of Doylestown, Pa. he was a CoSIDA Google Cloud Academic first-team All-American and played in 12 games for Towson in 2018 – registering 28 total tackles, 4.5 sacks and three forced fumbles.
