JACKSONVILLE – A look at key dates for the NFL 2025 offseason:
- January 15: Deadline for underclassmen to apply for 2025 NFL Draft (for players not in national championship game).
- January 30: East-West Shrine Bowl (AT&T Stadium; Arlington, Tex.).
- February 1: Senior Bowl (Hancock Whitney Stadium; Mobile, Ala.).
- February 2: Pro Bowl Games (Camping World Stadium; Orlando, Fla.).
- February 9: Super Bowl LIX (Caesars Superdome; New Orleans, La.).
- February 18: Teams may begin designating Franchise/Transition players.
- February 24-March 3: NFL Scouting Combine (Lucas Oil Stadium; Indianapolis, Ind).
- March 4: Teams must designate Franchise/Transition players prior to 4 p.m., New York time.
- March 10-12: Free-agency negotiation period.
- March 12: End/start of League Year. The 2025 League Year and free-agency period begin at 4 p.m., New York time. Trades can begin and teams can sign free agents.
- March 30-April 2: Annual League Meeting (The Breakers; Palm Beach, Fla.).
- April 7: Clubs that hired a new head coach after the end of the 2024 regular season may begin offseason workout programs.
- April 21: Clubs with returning head coaches may begin offseason workout programs.
- April 23: Last day for teams to bring 30 draft-eligible players to facility for visits.
- April 24-26: 2025 NFL Draft (Green Bay, Wis.).
- May 1: Deadline for Clubs to exercise fifth-year option for players selected in the first round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
- May 2-5/May 9-12: Rookie minicamps.
