JACKSONVILLE – The trend remains the trend, and it remains a defensive one.
This is the sixth jaguars.com 2025 mock draft tracker – and analysts continue to project defensive players more than offensive players to the Jaguars at No. 5 overall in the 2025 NFL Draft. The player increasingly emerging as the most popular projection there?
Mason Graham, defensive tackle, University of Michigan.
"Mason Graham is a stout run defender who lives in the backfield on all downs," Daniel Harms of the Draft Network wrote.
Six of 10 analysts in this week's tracker projected Graham to the Jaguars at No. 5 overall, with Owain Jones of Pro Football Network calling him "one of the top three players in the 2025 NFL Draft" and Josh Edwards of CBS sports calling him "certainly one of the best prospects available."
"He plays with quickness, power, and with a relentless motor to be a force inside the defensive front," Brantley Weissman of Pro Football Network wrote.
Two analysts projected Michigan cornerback Will Johnson to the Jaguars at No. 5 overall.
"When healthy, he's a proven star with plus size, physicality and ball skills," Rob Rang of FOX Sports wrote.
Other players projected to the Jaguars at No. 5 overall this week:

- Louisiana State offensive tackle Will Campbell
"Campbell would be an asset in both the run and pass game and immediately boost the offensive line's level," Ben Rolfe of Pro Football Network wrote.
Kyle Crabbs of the 33rd Team called Hunter a "team-builder's dream."
"Hunter has shown elite abilities on both sides of the football, and his instincts and athleticism offer him a seemingly unlimited ceiling at the NFL level," Crabbs wrote.
