The Jacksonville Jaguars will hold "Salute the Troops Night" on Thursday, August 5 at the Florida Blue Health & Wellness Practice Fields. Thursday evening is the final training camp practice open to the public. The club will recognize all military personnel and their families beginning at 6:15 p.m. on the fields adjacent to Gate 2 at EverBank Field.
As part of the salute, the Albany Marine Band will perform prior to practice and many of the local Servicemen and Women of the Year will be recognized for their dedication to our country. HSL-60, a NS Mayport-based squadron, will conclude the ceremony with a single SH-60B Seahawk flyover. Chick-fil-A will offer complimentary chicken sandwiches to anyone who presents a military ID.
