JACKSONVILLE – It's official: The sixth-round selection is signed.
Greg Junior, the No. 197 overall selection by the Jaguars in the 2022 NFL Draft, has signed his rookie contract. The team announced the signing Thursday afternoon, a day before the first day of the team's rookie minicamp at TIAA Bank Field.
Junior (6-feet-0, 190 pounds), who played in the Reese's Senior Bowl in January, played four seasons at Ouachita Baptist. He had 46 tackles last season, with three for loss, and seven pass breakups.
The Jaguars on Thursday also officially signed four other '22 draft selections: Outside linebacker Travon Walker (Round 1, No. 1 overall, Georgia), linebacker Devin Lloyd (Round 1, No. 27 overall, Utah), running back Snoop Conner (Round 5, No. 154 overall, Mississippi) and cornerback Montaric Brown (Round 7, No. 222, Arkansas).
Two Jaguars '22 selections remain unsigned: offensive lineman Luke Fortner (Round 3, No. 65 overall, Kentucky) and linebacker Chad Muma (Round 3, No. 70 overall, Wyoming).
