In and out: Westbrook to play, Oliver to start

BENGALSINACTIVES

CINCINNATI, Ohio – Dede Westbrook as expected will play Sunday.

Also, tight end Josh Oliver will make his first NFL start in his first NFL game.

Westbrook, the third-year wide receiver who was listed as questionable entering the weekend, was not among the Jaguars' seven inactive players announced Sunday ninety minutes before kickoff of the team's game against the Cincinnati Bengals at Paul Brown Stadium.

Westbrook was on the injury report this week with a shoulder issue. Head Coach Doug Marrone had said Friday he expected Westbrook to play.

The team also announced before the game that Oliver, a rookie third-round selection from San Jose State, will start after being inactive in the first six regular-season games and the entire preseason with a hamstring injury sustained early in training camp.

Jaguars inactives Sunday:

Wide receiver Marqise Lee (ankle), tight end Geoff Swaim (concussion), linebacker Austin Calitro, running back Devine Ozigbo, offensive lineman Brandon Thomas, defensive tackle Dontavius Russell and cornerback Parry Nickerson. Lee and Swaim sustained injuries in a loss to the New Orleans Saints last Sunday.

Cornerback Tre Herndon will start opposite A.J. Bouye, with A.J. Cann starting at right guard and Chris Conley starting at wide receiver.
