PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Shaq Griffin is expected to play Sunday. Zay Jones will not.
Jones, a starting wide receiver, was among the Jaguars players listed as inactive for the team's game against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia, Pa., Sunday. Griffin was active for the game.
The inactives were announced 90 minutes before the game's 1 p.m. kickoff.
Griffin, who started the first two games of the season, missed last Sunday's victory over the Los Angeles Chargers with a hip injury and was listed as questionable on Friday's final injury report of the week. Jones, a starter in Weeks 1-3, also was questionable entering the weekend.
Outside linebacker K'Lavon Chaisson (ankle) and guard Cole Van Lanen (hamstring) were ruled out Saturday and did not travel with the team. The Jaguars' seven inactives for Sunday:
- Wide receiver Kendric Pryor
- Running back Snoop Conner
- Safety Tyree Gillespie
- Cornerback Montaric Brown, Chaisson, Jones and Van Lanen.
