LONDON – A.J. Bouye won't play Sunday.
That news regarding the Jaguars' All-Pro cornerback was expected – and the other Jaguars game-day inactives Sunday similarly held little mystery.
Bouye, a starter who sustained a calf injury in practice Wednesday, was one of three cornerbacks among seven players deactivated by the Jaguars Sunday an hour and a half before kickoff of their game against the defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles at Wembley Stadium.
Nickel corners Tyler Patmon and D.J. Hayden also were declared inactive. Patmon sustained a neck injury in a loss to Houston last Sunday and Hayden will miss a sixth consecutive game with a sprained toe.
Patmon and Bouye had been ruled out Thursday and Hayden was listed as doubtful entering the weekend.
The Jaguars have four healthy cornerbacks active for Sunday: All-Pro third-year veteran Jalen Ramsey and three undrafted rookies: Tre Herndon, Quenton Meeks and Dee Delaney.
Running back Leonard Fournette also was made inactive after being ruled out entering the weekend. He will miss his sixth game of the season and fourth in succession. Carlos Hyde, a running back acquired from Cleveland 10 days ago in a trade for a fifth-round 2019 draft selection, will be active for the Jaguars Sunday after being inactive against Houston last week/
Other inactives for the Jaguars Sunday:
Tight end James O'Shaughnessy (hip), nose tackle Eli Ankou and defensive end Dawuane Smoot.
