The Jaguars have scored 30-plus points in back-to-back games for the first time since 2006 (10/1/06 at Washington; 10/8/06 vs. N.Y. Jets). The Jaguars scored four touchdowns in consecutive games for the first time since the end of the 2007 season.

##### Setting the tone early

The Jaguars jumped out to a 10-0 lead in the first quarter on a 22-yard field goal by Josh Scobee and a nine-yard touchdown run by Maurice Jones-Drew. It was the first touchdown of the season for the Jaguars in the first quarter. The Titans went three-and-out on their first three possessions and managed only 38 total yards in the opening quarter.

##### Garrard leads offense with three TDs and 323 passing yards

David Garrard finished 27 of 37 passing (73.0 pct.) for 323 yards and three touchdowns for a 126.3 rating. The three touchdowns tied a career-high and marked his 16th career game with multiple touchdown passes and the Jaguars are 12-4 in those games. The 126.3 rating was his third-highest as a starter. He has 20 career games with a 100-plus rating, 18 as a starter, and the Jaguars are 13-5 in those starts.

  • Improved to 26-24 as a starter, 15-13 at home, 3-5 against Tennessee and 9-13 in the division.
  • He also threw for three touchdowns on 11/5/06 vs. Tennessee and 12/16/07 at Pittsburgh.
  • Has 30 or more attempts in 14 of the last 17 games and nine straight AFC South games.
  • Completed 73.0 percent of his passes, his 15th career game with a 70-plus completion percentage. It was his highest completion since 10/12/08 at Denver (73.5 pct.).
  • Had 38 rushing yards on eight carries with a long of 16 yards.

##### Garrard posts third 300-yard game in last 10 games

David Garrard threw for 323 yards, the second-most of his career, and has three 300-yard passing games in the last 10 games dating back to 2008. He threw for a career-high 329 yards on 12/18/08 vs. Indianapolis.

##### Thomas is jack of all trades

Rookie Mike Thomas had 13 touches against the Titans and averaged 11.8 yards per touch. Thomas had three rushes for nine yards, five receptions for 31 yards, three punt returns for 38 yards and 2 kickoff returns for 75 yards. He had a punt return of 34 yards and a kickoff return of 42 yards. The 42 yard kickoff return was the longest by a Jaguar since 9/7/08 at Tennessee (Brian Witherspoon, 51 yards).

##### Scobee scores 13 points including ninth career 50-plus yard field goal

Josh Scobee finished three of four on field goals with his only miss a 55-yarder to end the first half. Scobee has 502 career points and he joined Mike Hollis (764) Sunday as the only two players in franchise history with 500-plus points. Scobee connected from 22, 50 and 33 yards. It was his second consecutive game with a 50-plus yard field goal as he was good from 52 yards last Sunday at Houston. He has connected on 9 of 16 field goals from 50-plus yards in his career including three from a franchise-record 53 yards.

##### Reaching the 100 milestone

Maurice Williams made his 100th career start today as he moved from right guard to right tackle. Williams is the eighth player in franchise history with 100 starts and second offensive lineman (Brad Meester, 133).

##### Lewis surpasses 100 career receptions

Tight end Marcedes Lewis surpassed 100 career receptions on Sunday and became the 12th player in team history to accomplish the feat. Lewis joins Kyle Brady and Pete Mitchell as the only tight ends in team history with 100 career receptions.
