JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars have moved to retain a key piece of their offensive line.
Ezra Cleveland, a veteran offensive lineman who emerged as a starter late last season after joining the team in an in-season trade, has been signed to a contract extension to remain with the Jaguars. The team announced the move on March 8, 2024.
Cleveland, originally a second-round selection by the Minnesota Vikings in the 2020 NFL Draft, joined the Jaguars in a trade with the Vikings last October 31. He started six of nine games with the Jaguars, with five starts at left guard and one at left tackle.
Cleveland started 49 games of 53 games played in three-plus seasons with the Vikings.
