JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars went for size and potential early Saturday.
Will Richardson, an offensive tackle from North Carolina State University, early Saturday afternoon became the Jaguars' fourth-round selection in the 2018 NFL Draft. The Jaguars selected Richardson No. 129 overall.
Richardson (6-feet-6, 306 pounds), a redshirt junior who forewent his senior season to enter the draft, was a second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference selection this past season. He started 10 games and missed two because of a suspension. He also missed a game as a freshman in 2015 under suspension.
He also started 10 of 12 games as a sophomore, missing games that season with an illness.
The Jaguars selected defensive lineman Taven Bryan from the University of Florida No. 29 overall in Round 1, wide receiver DJ Chark from Louisiana State University No. 61 overall in Round 2 and University of Alabama safety Ronnie Harrison in Round 3. They have three selections remaining: No. 203 overall (Round 6), No. 230 overall (Round 7) and No. 247 overall (Round 7).
The Jaguars have selected N.C. State OL Will Richardson with the 129th pick in the 2018 draft.
