JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The consensus wasn't quite unanimous.

On a week during which seemingly every draft analyst agreed when projecting the Jaguars and the No. 1 overall selection in the 2022 NFL Draft, there was at least one voice who didn't believe that selection would be Michigan edge defender Aidan Hutchinson.

The one player aside from Hutchinson not projected to the Jaguars in the 12th jaguars.com 2022 mock draft tracker?

Travon Walker, a defensive lineman from the University of Georgia.

"He posted insane athletic numbers at the NFL Combine, quantifying what was apparent on tape; the college production has been modest, but the upside is tantalizing," Oliver Hodgkinson of the Pro Football Network wrote of Walker.

Hodgkinson hardly could have been more in the minority, with 20 of 21 analysts in this week's tracker projecting Hutchinson to the Jaguars No. 1 overall.

Mike Tannenbaum, ESPN: "While I thought about an offensive tackle here and might have gone that way a month ago, it has to be Hutchinson; he had 66 pressures in 2021, and he can be a culture-setter for Jacksonville for years to come."
Bucky Brooks, NFL Media: "The high-motor pass rusher with freakish athleticism and refined technique is an ideal complement to Josh Allen on the edge."
Bryan Fischer, Athlon Sports: "Hutchinson is not just a safe pick, but he's polished enough to come in right away and contribute."
Luke Easterling, USA Today Draft Wire: "All of the Jags' moves in free agency so far appear to be setting them up to make this pick."
Anthony Treash, Pro Football Focus: "He could help lead a new era on defense in Jacksonville while quarterback Trevor Lawrence takes control of the offense."
James Fragoza, Pro Football Network: "Jacksonville needs culture-setters, and that's exactly what Hutchinson can be for the defense."
