HOUSTON, Texas – Travon Walker will be active for the Jaguars Sunday.
Walker, the No. 1 overall selection in the 2022 NFL Draft, will play for the Jaguars against the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium Sunday at 1 p.m. He missed the last two games with a high-ankle sprain and was listed as questionable on the team's final injury report of the week Friday.
Walker had been among six players listed as questionable Friday. The others: Quarterback Trevor Lawrence (toe), defensive tackle Foley Fatukasi (ankle), safety Andrew Wingard (shoulder), right guard Brandon Scherff (abdomen/ankle) and long snapper Ross Matiscik (back). All are active Sunday.
The Jaguars named five players inactive 90 minutes before kickoff Sunday:
- Wide receiver Kendric Pryor
- Cornerback Tevaughn Campbell
- Cornerback Montaric Brown
- Outside linebacker De'Shaan Dixon
- Defensive lineman Jeremiah Ledbetter
