The Jaguars have signed second-year offensive tackle Barry Hall and waived first-year quarterback Jonathan Beasley and rookie offensive tackle Josh Foster.
Hall, 25, spent all of the 2001 season with the Tennessee Titans (inactive all 16 games). Last season he was waived/injured on September 1 and then signed to the Houston Texans' practice squad for the final month of the season. He was waived by the Texans on May 16 before signing with the Jaguars. The 6-6, 315-pound Hall was originally an undrafted rookie out of Middle Tennessee State, where he started 42 straight games. He is a native of Dalton, Ga.
Beasley had been signed on May 12, while Foster was an undrafted rookie out of Colorado who was signed on April 28. The Jaguars now have 87 players on their roster.
