Shrinking the gap between those with internet access and those without it in the Jacksonville community is a key pillar of the Jaguars' social responsibility initiative. Below are two partners in that effort:
Historic CDC - The mission of the Historic Eastside CDC is to serve as the resource and liaison to preserve and transform the Eastside (Outeast) neighborhood through equitable community development by improving access to affordable housing, social services, cultural development, wealth building, education and safety.
The Jaguars are committed to improving student outcomes among low-income students and students of color and closing the opportunity gap in Duval County. 1000 by 2025 is a key partner, an initiative to increase understanding and buy-in among education leaders, partners, and the community to address disparities and improve student outcomes in Duval's public schools.
The Jacksonville Jaguars are proud to partner with Lights On!, an organization that replaces tickets with repair vouchers, stabilizing communities and building trust.
The entire NFL family is committed to conversations and actions that move us towards a more equal and just tomorrow. Inspire Change showcases how NFL players, clubs, and the league are joining together to ensure that access to opportunity is a reality for all and to create progress in police-community relations, criminal justice reform, and education and economic advancement.
