During the third quarter of the game, the Jaguars honored Michele McManamon, the Chief Executive Officer of Operation New Uniform (ONU), as the Jaguars' Community Champion of the Game, presented by Florida Blue. McManamon co-founded ONU in 2014 to provide essential resources and skills for transitioning veterans and their spouses to civilian life, emphasizing the importance of starting their professional careers. Headquartered in Jacksonville, ONU has supported the successful transitions of over 500 veterans and their spouses across the United States through its educational programs.

During the third quarter, the Jaguars honored Michelle McGriff of the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation as the Jaguars' Community Champion of the game, presented by Florida Blue. With more than 20 years of nonprofit and community engagement work, McGriff has dedicated her career to bettering communities in Northeast Florida with a particular focus on public education. Her role as an ambassador to the Jay Fund liaises the foundation with families in the Greater Jacksonville area.

The Jaguars Foundation hosted a Spooktacular event for over 500 kids to celebrate the Halloween season. Through our partnership with Johnson & Johnson kids began with an eye exam then continued through an epic maze, pizza party, face paint, games and of course ended with some trick or treating. WR Parker Washington, QB Mac Jones and more Jaguars players even made a special appearance for a very memorable night of health and fun.

During the game's third quarter, the Jaguars honored Yolanda Webster of the P.S. Never Give Up Hope organization as the Jaguars' Community Champion of the game presented by Florida Blue. Webster, a Jacksonville native, has worked with at-risk youth for more than 20 years. Her work with the P.S. Never Give Up Hope organization has provided formerly incarcerated youth with resources that encourages successful transition from incarceration to community services. NGUH's goal is to help foster social engagement in their communities, workplaces and schools through counseling, mentorship services and guided meditation under the supervision of trained mental health professionals. Webster, a certified yoga instructor and founder of "Breathe with Nana," uses guided meditation and yoga to help young people cope with past trauma.

During the Jaguars' regular season home opener, the Jaguars and Florida Blue honored Royce Fedd, a long-time resident of Jacksonville's Historic Eastside, as the Community Champion of the game.

Royce Fedd willingly donated his home, which was once the original location of Debs Store, to LiftJax and Goodwill to renovate and reopen The Corner at Debs Store, ending over a decade of the Eastside being a food desert. The grand reopening would not have been possible without him and his family. He now lives in a new home a few doors down from the store and is a proud The Corner at Debs Store employee.

During the game's third quarter, the Jaguars will honor Larry Roziers, president of the Mitch22 Foundation as the Jaguars' Community Champion of the game presented by Florida Blue. Roziers helped establish the Mitch22 Foundation to honor the legacy of his late son, Larry Mitchell Roziers II, who was diagnosed with a rare muscle disorder.

Roziers was selected for his work through the Foundation to fund scholarship grants, school supplies drives and support for mothers who have lost children in the Jacksonville area. The Foundation has also partnered with community providers, including homeless shelters, domestic violence centers and foster homes to support these institutions.

In the third quarter of the preseason Week One game, the Jaguars honored Nicole Hamm, executive director of the Blue Zones Project Jacksonville as the Community Champion of the Game, presented by Florida Blue.

Hamm was selected due to the transformative impact she is having in some of the city's historically underserved communities to foster healthier environments, encourage active lifestyles, promote social connections and support healthier food options. Long term, the net impact of Hamm's work will contribute to longer lifespans and increased quality of life for Jacksonville residents.

After signing one-day contracts, Special Olympics Florida athletes ran drills and celebrated with legendary touchdown dances alongside our rookies during an unforgettable 2024 Special Olympics Fantasy Camp! 👏

Linebacker Chad Muma, along with fiancee Alyssa Huey, hosted his second annual Muma Movement Minicamp for 70 local youth with Type 1 Diabetes. Diagnosed T1 as a teen, Muma has not let it slow him down or stand in the way of achieving his NFL dreams. Teammates Foye Oluokun, Devin Lloyd, Caleb Johnson, Riley Patterson and others joined in the fun by assisting with an afternoon filled with football drills.

The Jaguars Foundation partnered with the Florida Lottery to hold five FAFSA Nights for students and their parents. Attendees could connect with financial aid professionals who helped assist them with the FAFSA application process. Multiple local schools including Ribault High School, Raines High School, Andrew Jackson High School, Paxon School for Advanced Studies, and Bridge to Success Academy each hosted a FAFSA night. Jaguars Legend Aaron Beasley attended the Andrew Jackson FAFSA Night.

The Jaguars partnered with KIPP Jacksonville Schools and the NFL Foundation to bring a new state-of-the-art football field and track to KIPP Bold City High School.

Highlights from the 2024 Jaguars Girls Flag Preseason Classic presented by Experience Kissimmee. 1,100 female athletes showed off their athletic abilities and competed over 2 days to get ready for the girls flag season. This event featured 45 North Florida girls flag high school teams, making it the Jaguars largest Preseason Classic to date!

Garland Scott with the Jacksonville Sheriff's office was selected as the Jaguars and Florida Blue's Community Champion of the game and recognized at Sunday night's game against the Ravens for his passion to help transform lives for those who have gone down the wrong path. Operation Safe Passion helps young men who are struggling, have an option to choose to accept help and get a fresh start.

Chef Chriss Brown with The Empowered Kitchen was selected as the Jaguars and Florida Blue's Community Champion of the game and recognized at Sunday's final regular season home game against the Panthers for her dedication to elevating women's voices in the Jacksonville food industry, offering training and mentorship in all aspects of culinary and business education to women interested in the culinary industry.

The Jaguars 2023 Inspire Change Changemaker Award recipient is Reggie Fullwood, president and CEO of Operation New Hope.

Jaguars partnered with the Jacksonville Public Education Fund to bring 1,000 male teachers of color into classrooms by 2025 as part of the Jaguars Inspire Change initiatives.

Jaguars Legend Lonnie Marts Jr., CEO and co-founder of Level the Playing Field, was selected as the Florida Blue Community Champion at Sunday's game against the 49ers for his commitment to empowering young male athletes of color from single parent homes to become successful on and off the field. Offensive Lineman Luke Fortner had an impressive visit to the local Jacksonville Fire & Rescue Department training facility with an opportunity to experience the speed at which firefighters move, drive the firetruck simulator, and navigate lifesaving equipment. The Jacksonville Jaguars, countless local Jacksonville nonprofits and our partners at Southern Chevy Dealers all came together to put on a special event for hundreds of kids and families impacted by cancer. Multiple Jaguars players, The ROAR, and Jaxson de Ville played games, bowling and overall spent an evening making a difference in the lives of many.
