Jessica Jones is the senior vice president of Human Resources for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Bold Events, Union Jax and the Jaguars Foundation. Jones, who joined the company in 2012, is responsible for leading the Jaguars overall human resources strategy, talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, total rewards, learning and development, compensation, HR operations and employee relations.

Jones' leadership has provided Jaguars employees with expanded benefits including paid FMLA and parental leave, a comprehensive wellness program, Jaguars University, a mentor program, job shadowing opportunities, and an internal recognition program which includes the team's annual PRIDE awards and the Diversity Engagement Network.

Jones has overseen efforts that have resulted in a new HRIS system for onboarding and performance management which has led to more effective and streamlined company-wide talent acquisition practices that better utilize technology, an analytical and thoughtful process for interviewing, with a view towards attracting candidates with a variety of experiences and from a variety of backgrounds; and more thoughtful, comprehensive talent management and talent development programs which has resulted in greater accountability, stronger collaboration among businesses, improved efficiency, and increased effectiveness in meeting business needs.

Prior to joining the Jaguars, Jones worked in a variety of roles in employment law, contract management and litigation.

Jones also serves on the Board of Directors for the Ronald McDonald House Charities, is a member of the Florida CHRO Summit Governing Body and is on the Florida Chamber Board of Governors. Since 2014, Jones has served on the NFL HR's Planning Committee for the NFL HR Summit and in 2019, hosted the NFL HR Summit. Previously Jones served on the Board of Directors for the North Florida Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. In 2017, she was named in the Winner's Circle for Top Corporate Leader Over 35 by HR.com.
