Nick Williams enters his third season with the Jacksonville Jaguars as an offensive quality control coach. In 2023, Williams worked with the offensive line unit that had the 10th lowest sack percentage (6.2) and the sixth fewest pressures allowed (210, according to PFF). With Williams' help, Jaguars 2023 first round draft pick (27th overall) OL Anton Harrison ranked first in fewest pressures allowed (22 according to PFF) among rookies who participated in all 17 games.

Williams worked closely with the wide receivers during the 2022 season. WR Christian Kirk set new career highs in receiving yards (1,108) and receptions (84) and also had a team high eight receiving touchdowns. WR Zay Jones also set new career highs with 82 receptions for 823 yards.  

Williams assisted the Philadelphia Eagles coaching staff from 2018-20. Prior to joining the Eagles, Williams spent three years with the coaching staff at his alma mater, Humboldt State. He began his coaching tenure as a running backs coach in 2015 before adding wide receivers to his job duties during the 2016-17 seasons. The Lumberjacks won the Great Northwest Athletic Conference championship during his first year on staff and advanced to the Division II playoffs for the first time in more than 40 years.

Williams played collegiately as a wide receiver at Humboldt State from 2011-13 and was a member of the 2011 GNAC championship team.
