To build a world-class stadium, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville will partner with qualified businesseson a variety of service needs. All requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages will be advertised in accordance with the procurement code of the City of Jacksonville.
The Jaguars are committed to maximizing opportunities to work with local businesses on various development , projects, including the Stadium of the Future, by working with the City of Jacksonville's Small & Emerging Business Division (JSEB). INVITATION TO BID The Jaguars Stadium of the Future (SOTF) – Jacksonville, FL. Notice is hereby given that Hunt Construction - Barton Malow, A Joint Venture, will receive bids for Bid Packages IFC #3A, #3B, #3C. These Packages will include the following:
IFC #3A scopes: interior building demolition, bowl seating removal, cast-in-place concrete, pre-cast concrete (structural), fire alarm (base building), electrical, telecom & low voltage, AV.
Bid Drawings & Specifications will be published via Building Connected on 3/3/25 EOD.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 3/12/25, 4 pm, Stadium Upper West Club.
Bids are due for IFC #3A on 4/11/25, 2 pm (est).
IFC #3B scopes: fire protection (base building), plumbing, mechanical.
Bid Drawings & Specifications will be published via Building Connected on 3/3/25EOD.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 3/13/25, 4 pm, Stadium Upper West Club.
