To build a world-class stadium, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville will partner with qualified businesseson a variety of service needs. All requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages will be advertised in accordance with the procurement code of the City of Jacksonville.
The Jaguars are committed to maximizing opportunities to work with local businesses on various development , projects, including the Stadium of the Future, by working with the City of Jacksonville's Small & Emerging Business Division (JSEB). Underground & blindside waterproofing, expansion joints, and vertical transportation.
Bid drawings and specifications will be published via building connected on 12/23/24.
Bid manual and scopes of work will be posted by 1/8/25.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 1/15/25, at 4 PM at the stadium.
Bids are due for the following packages on 1/30/25: Building interior demolition, precast structural concrete, structural steel-roof steel, structural steel-floor framing main concourse infill, tensioned fabric cable nets, tensioned fabric structures, subroof, and fluid applied flooring.
Bid drawings and specifications will be published via Building Connected on 12/23/24.
Bid manual and scopes of Work will be posted by 1/8/25.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on 1/15/25.
Initial budgetary pricing is due 1/23/25. Final bids based on a forthcoming set of documents to be issued in early March, with bids due 3/18/25.
All other scopes not mentioned here within will be advertised at a later date to be determined.
