To build a world-class stadium, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville will partner with qualified businesses on a variety of service needs. All requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages will be advertised in accordance with the procurement code of the City of Jacksonville.

The Jaguars are committed to maximizing opportunities to work with local businesses on various development projects, including the Stadium of the Future, by working with the City of Jacksonville's Small & Emerging Business Division (JSEB). INVITATION TO BID

Bid Package IFP #1 (50% CD set)

  • Due Date: Sept. 6, 2024
  • AECOM Hunt Construction/Barton Malow will receive bids for this Package which will include the following:
    • Test piles / deep foundations
    • Underground mechanical / enabling
    • Underground electrical / enabling / temp. power
    • Tensioned fabric structures
    • Tensioned fabric structures cable nets
  • Bid Documents will be published via Building Connected on August 12, 2024. A Preproposal meeting for interested bidders will be held at EverBank Stadium on August 22, 2024.
  • Bids will be received on September 6, 2024, at 2 PM EST.

RFP: Third Party Construction Materials Testing and Special Inspections/Threshold Services

  • Due Date: Sept. 15, 2024
  • ImpactDM will receive bids for the CMT scopes of threshold inspections, deep foundations testing and monitoring, structural steel inspections, concrete testing and vibration monitoring.
  • Proposals will be received by September 15, 2024. Selection of top-ranked firm week of Sept. 30, 2024.

RFP: Distributed Antenna System

  • Due Date: Oct. 3, 2024
  • ImpactDM will receive bids for the Distributed Antenna System scopes of DAS pre-construction planning, DAS pathways and finishes, and DAS cabling and equipment.
  • Proposals will be received by October 3, 2024. Interviews conducted week of Nov. 6, 2024.

RFP: Converged Network System

  • Due Date: Oct. 3, 2024
  • ImpactDM will receive bids for the Converged Network System scopes of wireless network (Wi-Fi), UPS systems, VoIP system and IPTV system.
  • Proposals will be received by October 3, 2024. Interviews conducted week of Nov. 6, 2024.
