Case Keenum was signed off of the St. Louis Rams practice squad last week after third stringer Tom Savage was lost for the season due to injury. Keenum, who started eight games for the Texans last year, notched his first career win last week against the Baltimore Ravens.
Foster sits fourth in the NFl with 1,223 yards to go along with eight rushing touchdowns. He is also a threat out of the backfield hauling in 37 receptions for 317 yards and another four touchdowns through the air. Foster was also named to his fourth Pro Bowl this week.
The 12th-year veteran out of Miami is having a bit of a down year but is always a threat with his size and speed combination. He does lead the Texans with 75 receptions, but has managed to reach the end zone just twice this season.
The second-year man out of Clemson is having a breakout year for the Texans. Hopkins has set new career-highs with 74 receptions and 1,205 yards. He's also hauled in six touchdown receptions despite catching passes from four different QBs this season.
Mercilus has done a great job rushing opposite of J.J. Watt, getting to the quarterback four times this season.
Joseph leads the team with 66 solo tackles. He's also intercepted two passes, returning his Week 12 interception against the Bengals 60-yards for a touchdown.
Bouye has done a good job filling in for injured starter Kareem Jackson, accounting for 56 tackles, three interceptions including returning one for a touchdown in Week 9 against the Philadelphia Eagles.
Swearinger is the hard-hitter in the Texans defensive backfield. He isn't afraid to come up and fill the gaps in the run game, accounting for a team-high three forced fumbles to go along with 71 tackles and two interceptions.
Watt is having another stellar season and should be in the running for this year's Most Valuable Player award. He is second in the NFL with 17.5 sacks, just 0.5 sacks behind leader Justin Houston. Watt has also forced three fumbles and intercepted one pass that was returned for a touchdown. He has reached the endzone five times this year, one by way of fumble recovery, his Week 4 interception return against Buffalo and three receiving touchdowns on offense.
