Dr. Greg Wurth, Dean of Workforce Education for FSCJ, Dane McGraw Vice President New Mission Ventures with Goodwill Industries of North Florida, DeWalt and the Jaguars recently launched A-STEP, a program designed to provide academic support through the employment process! DeWalt armed the graduating class with a bag of essential items to kickstart their construction careers. 👏

Prowler Throwbacks made an appearance at our 2024 Special Olympics game hosted ahead of our game vs. the Vikings. The talented Special Olympics Florida team battled the Special Olympics Minnesota team in a competitive Special Olympics Unified Bowl battle presented by Ticketmaster. These athletes received customized jerseys, backpacks and gear for the evening prior thanks to Ticketmaster. We are so glad the Special Olympics Minnesota traveled to Jacksonville for a memorable game day experience filled with flag football, watching NFL football and making great friendships.

Jaguars Legends, players, Jaxson de Ville and the ROAR joined the Jaguars for their 5th annual Turkey Time in partnership with TECO Peoples Gas. Over 600 holiday meals were distributed that consisted of a turkey, dried goods, produce, desserts and a gift from the Jaguars.

Making a difference for the next generation. ❤️ Jaguars Quarterback Trevor Lawrence joined EverBank and over 250 children from Duval County Public Schools for the EverBank Touchdowns for Tomorrow Program.

On the Jaguars players day off, Defensive End Arik Armstead stays busy in the community. Arik recently took a visit to West Riverside elementary school for a "Storytime with Arik Armstead" event. Kids got the opportunity to meet and read with star Jaguars player which sure made from a memorable day of school.

Volunteers from VyStar Credit Union and the Jaguars teamed up with Florida Avenue, Main Street and OutEast residents to tackle phase three of the transformation of Buster Ford Checkerboard Park, located in the Historic Eastside community. Volunteers planted 280 plants and flowers, laid 95 units of mulch and gravel, and cleaned storefronts along the APR corridor!

Making an impact. Cornerback Tyson Campbell joined Jaxson De Ville and the ROAR at Beauclerc Elementary for a special read of Papa's Mechanical Fish with the goal of expanding literacy education to our local schools.

Giving back. 🍎 Safety Daniel Thomas and Linebacker Chad Muma read Jaxson's new book alongside the ROAR and Jaxson De Ville himself at Andrew Robinson school as part of our Literacy Locker Room program.

It sure was a memorable weekend 🥺 Jaguars Legends were welcomed with a social gathering at Beach Bowl, attended Jaguars practice and finished with a touring and dinner at the new Miller Electric Center Facility. This weekend was all about the reunion of these special and well remembered Jaguars players and honoring all they did to move this franchise forward. 🐆

Small moments leaving a big impact. Tom Coughlin, Jay Fund, Ross Matiscik and Cam Little recently stopped by to spend time with our Wolfson Warriors at Wolfson Children's Hospital. 👏

Reading matters 📚 The Jaguars teamed up with Gallagher for a Literacy Locker Room at the John Love Early Learning Center. Jaguars Legend Donovin Darius, Jaxson De Ville, and The Roar joined to read to the students and distribute hundreds of books and Jags swag.

The Jaguars hosted multiple activations throughout the month to honor and celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month. From our Somos Duuuuval Youth football camp, to our food distribution drive and recognizing milestones in-bowl at our home opener game we are continuing to make an impact in our local Jacksonville community.
