The Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation's 2nd Annual Community Day presented by Florida Blue positively impacts thousands of local children, families, and military personnel through care package assembly in the Flex Field at Daily's Place. Volunteers from Florida Blue, CSX, FIS, Regency Centers and Tito's Vodka assembled care packages for Feeding Northeast Florida, St. Michael's Soldiers, City Year and Operation New Hope. The event concluded with a DJ, tailgate games, lunch and photo opportunities with Jaxson de Ville and Jaguars Legends David Garrard and Kevin Hardy

On 9/04, the Jaguars celebrated the grand opening of The Corner at Debs Store in Jacksonville's Historic Eastside. This North Florida Goodwill initiative provides fresh, affordable food and career services through the GoodCareers Center. Originally serving the community since 1911, the Debs Store closed in 2011, leaving the neighborhood without a walkable grocer. The 2024 revival, supported by the Debs family, Goodwill, LIFT JAX, the City of Jacksonville, the Jaguars, Vystar and others, includes a new computer lab funded by the Jaguars Foundation.

From honorary captains to pre-game flag holding to in-game recognition, the Jaguars Foundation and Jaguars PREP put on a show for our local football athletes during August's Play Football Month. Student athletes from across Northeast Florida were highlighted and treated to unique behind-the-scenes experiences at both home preseason Jaguars games.

The Jaguars Foundation hosted 14 military families through T.A.P.S. at Jaguars Training Camp. Families were treated to a surprise meet-and-greet with Jaguars head coach Doug Pederson and General Manager Trent Baalke.

Members of The ROAR stopped by and Jaguars Legends Donovin Darius and Marcus Stroud signed footballs, high-fived kids and posed for photos. From educational support and casework to suicide loss prevention and grief counseling, T.A.P.S. is a national tragedy assistance program for survivors of America's fallen heroes.

Level the Playing Field athletes gained hands-on cooking basics experience at The Palate Jax thanks to Florida Blue. 👨🏾‍🍳

Jaguars Legend Lonnie Marts founded the non-profit organization as his passion for sports and youth ignited a desire to impact the next generation of athletes. The class provides an opportunity for young men of color from single-family homes to learn life skills that set them up for success on and off the field.

Special Olympics Florida 'Fantasy Camp' presented by Ticketmaster was a day filled with once-in-a-lifetime moments. Athletes began with a stadium tour that led to the official team locker room, where ROAR cheerleaders greeted them and showed them to personalized lockers with nameplates and game-day style jerseys. Jaguars GM Trent Baalke was onsite to welcome attendees and announced that they would each sign an exclusive one-day contract to become Jaguars players. The Jaguars partnered with the Florida Lottery to celebrate more than 350 local public high school athletes at the annual DCPS Gateway Conference Awards. The ceremony honors the top athletes from across Duval County. Congrats on all the accomplishments both on and off the field to the dedicated coaches and athletes representing 17 area schools!

The Jaguars 2024 Draft Class, including rookie free agents, joined 15 Jaguars Legends for dinner at Miller Electric Center. It was an opportunity for former players and the next generation of Jaguars players to connect and reflect on being an NFL football player. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏾

High school students and parents in the Jacksonville area received the opportunity to listen to current Jaguar employees' experiences with their Bright Future scholarships and the everlasting impact it made on their career in sports. Jaguars Linebacker Foye Oluokun spoke on how a strong education paved the way to his success. The Florida Lottery is proud to support Florida education and allow millions of students to attend college on a Bright Futures scholarship.

In honor of Earth Day, Jaguars staff members spent the morning doing a beach clean up in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. A total of 26 bags of trash were collected. We are proud to support our community and thankful for the beautiful beaches.
