The Jaguars today waived veteran defensive tackle Willie Blade. The third-year lineman had been signed by the Jaguars off waivers on July 30 from the New York Giants.
Blade, 25, had played in five games for the Jaguars with one start this season. The 6-3, 315-pound tackle recorded five tackles (four solo), one tackle for a loss and one quarterback pressure.
