ROSTER MOVES: Jaguars Make a Series Of Roster Moves in Week 2 of 2024 Training Camp

JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed DE Rasheem Green, DE Raymond Johnson and LB Tanner Muse, the team announced today. Additionally, DE Andre Carter and LB Trey Kiser have been waived.

Green was drafted by Seattle in the third round (79th overall) of the 2018 Draft. After spending the first four years of his career with the Seahawks (2018-21), he went on to play for Houston (2022) and Chicago (2023). In 86 career games (29 starts), Green has totaled 151 tackles (91 solo), 40 quarterback hits, 19.0 sacks, 19 tackles for loss, eight passes defensed, three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries. The Los Angeles, Calif., native went to the University of Southern California (2015-17) where he played in 41 games. He was named an All-Pac-12 honorable mention as a sophomore in 2016.

Johnson, a Sumter, S.C., native, was originally signed as an undrafted free agent by the New York Giants in 2021. He appeared in 15 games as a rookie and totaled four tackles (three solo), 1.0 sack, one quarterback hit and one tackle for loss. He also spent time on the practice squad in Cincinnati (2022) and Detroit (2023). Prior to the NFL, Johnson attended Georgia Southern for four seasons (2017-20). He was consecutively named First-Team All-Sun Belt Conference in his junior (2019) and senior (2020) seasons.

Muse was selected by Las Vegas in the third round (100th overall) of the 2020 Draft. He has appeared in games for Seattle (2021-22) and the Los Angeles Chargers (2023). His career totals include 33 games played (one start), nine tackles (five solo) and one pass defensed, along with 12 tackles (three solo) on special teams. A native of Belmont, N.C., Muse played four seasons at Clemson (2016-19). As a senior, he was named a Thorpe Award semifinalist, third-team AP All-American and first-team All-ACC.
