JACKSONVILLE – The Jacksonville Jaguars have made the following roster moves and announcements:
Defensive Line Coach Tosh Lupoi and Defensive Quality Control Coach Patrick Reilly are currently unavailable for Sunday's game at New England due to NFL-NFLPA COVID-19 protocols. Should Lupoi remain unavailable, Assistant Defensive Line Coach Sterling Lucas would assume his game day responsibilities.

Scott, 6-6, 208, was drafted in fifth round (172nd overall) of the 2018 draft. He has played in 48 games for the Packers (2018-20) and has punted 194 times for 8,654 yards for a 44.6 gross punting average and 38.8 net punting average. He has placed 63 punts inside the 20.
The Denver native attended Alabama and holds the Crimson Tide record for career punting average at 45.6 yards per punt.
McDougald, 6-1, 215, originally signed with Kansas City as a rookie free agent following the 2013 draft. His career totals include 107 games played – one with the Chiefs (2013), 50 with the Buccaneers (2013-16), 47 with the Seahawks (2017-19), seven with the Jets (2020) and two with the Titans (2021). He has tallied 477 tackles, including 13 tackles for loss, 43 passes defensed, 10 INTs and four forced fumbles.
The Dublin, Ohio native attended Kansas and recorded 203 tackles, 7 INTs and 2.0 sacks.
