The Jacksonville Jaguars signed seventh-year cornerback Leigh Torrence to a contract and waived cornerback T.J. Heath, the club announced today.

The Atlanta native spent the last four seasons with the Saints where he played 38 games and totaled two interceptions and 27 special teams stops.  He played in 13 games in each of the last two seasons.   Torrence spent the 2012 offseason with the Redskins before he was waived on June 1.
