JACKSONVILLE – Chris Ivory has been released from the hospital.
Ivory, the Jaguars' veteran running back, was released from the hospital on Tuesday and is doing well. The team announced the news Tuesday afternoon.
Ivory's status for the Jaguars' game at San Diego remains in question. He missed the regular-season opener against Green Bay Sunday after being admitted to the hospital early that morning with what the team announced as a "general medical condition."
Also on Tuesday, the Jaguars announced they have waived third-year safety Marqueston Huff from the team's reserve/suspended list. The team also announced the release of third-year wide receiver Shaq Evans from the team's practice squad/injured list via injury settlement.
