(On the upcoming game against the Titans) "It's a quick week for a turnaround – two games in eight or nine days. But you know, it's another opportunity for me and just this offense as a whole and this whole team. Tennessee does a lot of good things on defense, and they're a very good football team. I played them a couple times. I played them in Cleveland my rookie year and last year, and then obviously we played them this year with Blake [Bortles]. There are a lot of things they do defensively, a lot of different looks. It confuses you, and it's tough with a short week. But just extra film study, extra preparation and really just want to go out there on Thursday and there is no confusion and kind of eliminate some of those things and keep some drives going."
(On if he would have liked to take more shots in the Colts game) "Obviously, yeah. But like I said after the game – when your defense is playing so well … You want to take shots as much as you can and put up some points, but when your defense is playing so well, you want to be smart with the football, protect it. When it's a tough defensive game like that, it comes down to who is going to make the lesser amount of mistakes, and we did a good job of winning the turnover battle and playing well and kind of finishing that thing out.
(On the difference with Leonard Fournette coming back) "In my opinion, he's one of the best running backs in the NFL. Having him with Carlos [Hyde] and T.J. [Yeldon] back there, it makes my life a lot easier. It's going to be exciting. Obviously, I haven't played with Leonard yet, so to be out there on the field will be exciting and I'm excited to watch him go."
(On the challenge of the Titans secondary, including Logan Ryan, Malcolm Butler and Adoree' Jackson) "Yes, I've known Adoree' for a while, so I'm excited to get to play against him. Their front seven is awesome, and they get to the football and create a lot of confusion. I think a lot of that is due to those guys in the back end that cover so well and really keep up with anyone in man-to-man coverage. When you have guys in your secondary that can do that, it makes it tough on your offense. We're looking forward to the challenge and hopefully get some of those matchups and hopefully be able to take advantage of them."
(On if the Titans are more multiple up front than most NFL teams) "Yeah, they move a lot of guys around, especially on third down. If you're not really locked in to who's where and with the different numbers they have and the different guys they move around, if you haven't been watching your film and understanding where those guys are at, it can hurt you. That's where they create those sacks, create those coverage sacks as well. That is a big part on me and the offensive line this week being on the same page and picking up some of these exotic looks they have."
(On if there are any advantages of a short week) "You get to play again early. I'm excited. I'm ready to get back out there. Obviously, to get that first win felt great, but there are a lot of things that I want to improve and as an offense, we want to continue to do. Me and [Quarterbacks Coach] Scott Milanovich both kind of talked after the game like, 'Hey, we'll get to know each other better. We'll get more comfortable.' We both will improve and that's something that we get to do early this week and get back out there."
(On his comment to Jalen Ramsey after the game that he will play better) "When the defense holds them to zero, you want to put up touchdowns. You want to score points and as the quarterback of an offense, that's on me first. Like you said, there is stuff that we want to improve on and you want to give them [the defense] the comfort level of them knowing, 'Hey, they're going to go out there and score some points.' That's something that we want to improve on this week."
