How to Join the Show
Fans may take part by synching their smart phone's flashlight to the show's music. To participate, follow the instructions:
STEP 1 - Download the latest version of the official Jaguars App.
STEP 2 - Open the Jaguars App and tap the 'Lock It Down, Light It Up" button at the top of your home screen.
STEP 3 - Enable your "Microphone" and "Camera". This will allow your phone to sync your flashlight to the light show music.
*To save time and be prepared prior to game day, we suggest completing these steps ahead of your arrival.*
In Game Activation
Step-By-Step Instructions
STEP 1
Open the Jacksonville Jaguars app on your mobile device.
Tap the menu icon in the bottom right hand corner (3 lines).
Select LIGHT UP THE BANK. You will also be able to access this from a button on the app home screen during the game.
Step 2
The first screen you see will provide links to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
In order to participate in the Light Show you must tap ACCEPT & CONTINUE.
Step 3
Remember, you will be prompted to open up the Jaguars app and navigate to this page when it is time to participate in the Jaguars light show.
Tap CONTINUE.
Step 4
In order to participate in the Jaguars light show, microphone permission must be enabled.
Tap ENABLE MICROPHONE and allow access to the Microphone.
Step 5
You're almost there! In order to participate in the Jaguars light show, camera permission must be enabled.
Tap ENABLE CAMERA and allow access to the Camera.
Step 6
Once you have completed this process you're ready to participate in the Jaguars light show!
Keep an eye on the video boards. 4-5 minutes before the light show will begin, you will be prompted to open up the Jaguars app and navigate to this screen.
To Activate
This is what your app home screen will look like on Game Day.
By tapping the 'Lock It Down, Light It Up' button found at the top of your screen, you will be able to navigate to the sync screen outlined in Step 6.
Turn Your Flashlight Teal
All fans will find an educational flashcard in their seat's cup holder upon arrival to the stadium. When prompted to sync your device for the light show, you will need to attach the teal tab from the flashcard to your mobile device's flashlight. The teal light will illuminate EverBank Stadium through team introductions.
