Our Guest Services Team consists of several groups throughout the stadium focused on helping make your game day experience as safe and enjoyable as possible. If you have a general question, comment, or concern or see a person violating stadium policy, please visit the nearest Guest Services booth or locate one of the following Representatives for assistance. Read about each company below to find out more about how the Guest Services Team is here to help you on game days.
JFRD (Jacksonville Fire and Rescue Department)
Medical care is provided by uniformed Jacksonville Fire Department Paramedics and EMTs. Care is provided from three First Aid Rooms, and Medical Team Members can be seen on Bike Patrols and in a Mobile Emergency Response Vehicle.
JSO (Jacksonville Sheriff's Office)
Law Enforcement is provided by the Jacksonville Sherriff's Office. Officers are located at the entry gates, throughout the bowl seating, in the clubs, on the concourses and Sky Patio. JSO can be found at the exit gates after the game and are also in the parking lots directing traffic.
Jaguars Fan Experience
Fan Experience is the Jaguars service team committed to assisting you with any seating and/or ticket-related challenges as well as acting as a resource for any of your game day questions or concerns. Jaguars Fan Experience representatives are outfitted in a maroon shirt, monitor various stadium sections and manage the Guest Services Booths (see the Fan Guide for locations).
S.A.F.E. (Security, Athletics, Facilities and Events)
S.A.F.E. is a specifically tailored security and crowd management company that specializes in providing security and guest service staffing for Jaguars games with a commitment to providing unparalleled guest service delivery. Positions include: Field Security, Gate Security, Courtesy Teams, Access Control, Ticket Scanning, Ushering & Guest Services.
Delaware North Sportservice
Delaware North Sportservice is the premium food and beverage provider for many sports and entertainment venues throughout the world, and we are now calling EverBank Field home! We offer world class food and heartfelt hospitality to thousands of guests every game day. From signature Chef's Tables in the Terrace Suite to hand-carved sandwiches in the Bud Light Party Zone, we will have the game day food that fits your appetite. There are variety of mini restaurants are offered in the US Assure Club along with a suite menu to satisfy any palate. Delaware North Sportservice enhances the game day experience not only for main and upper concourse level concessions, we also provide food service for all of the sponsorship tents, media, the Tailgate Cabanas, North End Zone Deck and the Fan Cave. SMG (Housekeeping & Parking)
SMGs role as the Facility Manager is to present a safe, clean and fully functional facility for our guests. The Housekeeping and Parking Departments are all SMG Team Members. The housekeeping department is outfitted in kelly green shirts, and the parking department can be found wearing tangerine.
SMG (Grounds Crew & Operations)
SMGs role as the Facility Manager is to present a safe, clean and fully functional facility for our guests. SMG team members include the skilled tradesmen and technicians that operate the facilities major systems as well as the Audio and Visual components. The Grounds Crew are also employees of SMG.
Fanatics
Fanatics is the official merchandiser of EverBank Field. Fanatics services all of the Jags Pro Shop stores as well as portable kiosks throughout the stadium and is committed to providing all of your Jaguars merchandise needs.
