Offensive Coordinator

Dirk Koetter is in his second season as the Jaguars offensive coordinator. Koetter was named to the post on January 10, 2007. Koetter, known for his expertise of the passing offense, has 26 years of coaching experience.

Devin Bonik

Director of Football Development

Devin Bonik joined the Jaguars on April 10, 2003. He works closely with Jaguars Head Coach Jack Del Rio on all operational aspects of the football team. Bonik is involved in a number of areas including personnel evaluation, coaching staff decisions and coordination of all schedules for mini-camps, training camp and the regular season, as well as the calendar for the entire year.
