To build a world-class stadium, the Jacksonville Jaguars and the City of Jacksonville will partner with qualified businesseson a variety of service needs. All requests for proposals (RFPs) and bid packages will be advertised in accordance with the procurement code of the City of Jacksonville.
The Jaguars are committed to maximizing opportunities to work with local businesses on various development , projects, including the Stadium of the Future, by working with the City of Jacksonville's Small & Emerging Business Division (JSEB). IMPACT Development Management will receive bids for the FFE Procurement Agent scopes include schedule development, budgeting, bidding, and issuing purchase orders.

Lighting Distributor Services
Due Date: July 15, 2025
IMPACT Development will receive bids for the Lighting Distributor Services. Scope is to lead the budgeting, procurement, purchase, and delivery of the lighting package for the SOTF project.
Proposals will be received by July 15, 2025. Interviews tentatively conducted week of July 21.
