What concessions are available in the general concourse seating areas?

How can I purchase single game parking passes?
Please contact the Jaguars Ticket Office at (904) 633-2000 (press option “1”) and a representative will be more than happy to assist you with your parking pass purchase. Parking is sold based upon availability and is $25.00 per game in Lot DD and the Sports Complex Parking Garage. To view a parking map, please
click here. Parking lots open 4 hours prior to kick-off.
Is there a shuttle service available on game day?
The Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) offers its convenient Jacksonville Municipal Stadium Shuttle Service with free parking on game day. The buses run to and from Jacksonville Municipal Stadium from several downtown and suburban locations. Shuttle service begins two (2) hours prior to kick-off and ends one (1) hour following the games. Extended post-game shuttle service is available from the Kings Avenue location. Fans who ride from the Kings Avenue and Prime Osborn Convention Center locations receive a coupon for a free concession at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. How can I be contacted in the stadium in case of an Emergency?
Fans may contact (904) 633-6114 or (904) 633-6100. Please make sure that the party calling for you knows your section, row, and seating information. We are unable to make a public service announcement during the game, but we will send an usher to the seat location provided.

How can I place a message on the scoreboards?
Fans may fill out a
scoreboard message request form (pdf format) and fax to our Special Events Department. Space is limited and requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests are due Friday, one week prior to the game requested.
How do I report seating problems on game day?
During the game, fans can report any disturbances to the nearest Guest Services Booth. Guest Services Booths are located on the ground floor of the East and West Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs, on the main concourse level Southwest outside of 101/102, North End Zone outside of 123/223, Southeast outside of 144/244, East Upper Deck outside of section 437, and West Upper Deck outside of section 410.
Where can I purchase Jaguars Merchandise on game day?
Please visit any one of our
Jagwear stores located in the following areas:
- The lower level of the East and West Touchdown Clubs
- On the main concourse we have 3 Jagwear stores located at Gates 2, 3 and 4.
- Also on the main concourse, we have Portable Jagwear kiosks located at Gate #1, in the North End zone at section 122 and 124, as well as outside the Bud Zone at section 148.
- On the upper concourse, we have portable Jagwear kiosks located at gates #1, #2, #3, and #4."
Where can I redeem my Gate Gasoline receipt and voucher for Jag Dollars?
The Gate redemption tables are marked by RED tents with the GATE logo and are located near the perimeter entrances of Gates 1, 2, 3, 4 and in the Pepsi Plaza. Crown Royal Touchdown Club seat holders may also redeem coupons at the Concierge Desk in the Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs. Redemption tents are open until HALFTIME during every Jacksonville Jaguars 2008 REGULAR SEASON home game.
Where can I pick up my complimentary copy of the GAMEDAY Magazine?
A limited quantity of GAMEDAY Magazines are being distributed by the Ushers nearest to your section.
What time do the gates to Jacksonville Municipal Stadium open?
The South End Zone (Gates 1 & 4) will open three hours prior to game time
for access to the Bud Zone and Pepsi Plaza. The Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs,
Luxury Suites, and MPS Terrace Suite doors open two hours before kickoff.
Gates 2 and 3 open an hour and a half before kickoff, as well as the North
End Zone elevator entrance.
Can I use credit cards in the stadium?
Credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover) are accepted throughout Jacksonville Municipal Stadium at most concession and merchandise locations.
Where can I find an ATM?
An ATM is located outside of the stadium at the Game Day Ticket Office on the Northwest corner of the stadium nearest to Gate 2 and outside of Gate 1. Inside the stadium, ATM’s are located on the main concourse level near the Bud Zone, outside of the JAGWEAR stores at Gates 2, 3 & 4, and outside of the Guest Services Booth at section 202, 436 & 410.
Are there ADA accommodations at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium?
There is a disabled drop-off located at the Southwest corner of Jacksonville Municipal Stadium near Gate 1. Guests are encouraged to access the drop-off from Lot M (using the Georgia and Adams Street entrance). We also offer escort services from the elevators located in the Crown Royal Touchdown Clubs and at the North and South End Zones to and from your seat. The Jacksonville Jaguars also offer wheelchair and companion seating throughout the stadium. For purchase and further information, please contact the Jaguars Fan Services Department at (904) 633-2000 (please press ‘1’).
What are the hours for the Game Day Ticket Office?
The game day ticket office opens three (3) hours prior to kick-off. The 9-window ticket office is located near Gate 2 on the Northwest corner of Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. Photo ID is required for all persons picking up tickets.
