JACKSONVILLE – The Jaguars' offseason dates are now official.
The NFL on Friday announced official offseason program dates for all 32 teams, with the Jaguars scheduled to hold nine on-field organized team activities practices and a mandatory three-day minicamp in late May and early June.
The nine OTA dates are:
May 23-24, May 31, June 2-3, June 6-7 and June 9-10. The team's three-day mandatory minicamp will be held June 14-16.
All activities except for the three-day minicamp are voluntary.
The Jaguars' offseason program will begin April 18, and in accordance with NFL rules is broken down into three phases. Phase 1 is two weeks that are limited to strength and conditioning with the ensuing Phase 2 a three-week period featuring individual player instruction and team drills but no "team-offense-versus-team-defense" drills.
Phase 3 is the final four-week period that includes OTAs and minicamp with 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-drills permitted but no live contact.
