What is Ticket Exchange?
Can’t make it to a game this season? TicketExchange gives you the opportunity to anonymously sell your tickets to other Jaguars fans. Season tickets can be re-sold, but individual game tickets (including group tickets) and Luxury Suite tickets are not permitted for re-sale. There is no fee for posting tickets and the process is secure – simply highlight the tickets you wish to sell, choose the selling price and expiration date, and submit the listing. Editing your posting at any time is quick and easy.
Once the posted tickets have been purchased, the barcodes on your original tickets are cancelled and new barcodes are issued. The new tickets are then electronically delivered to the buyer via TicketFast for at-home printing, using any standard printer.
The credit from the sale of your ticket(s), less a 10% seller fee, will appear on your Jaguars season ticket account. This credit will remain on account and can be applied toward home Playoff tickets or your 2009 season ticket invoice.
Season ticket holders will be notified via email if the tickets do not sell before the indicated expiration date. The listing will be automatically removed and the original tickets will still be valid for entry. If you cannot attend the game, you also have the option of emailing your tickets to a friend via Ticket Forwarding.
TicketExchange will be available through My Jaguars Account beginning August 1st, for preseason games and September 1st for regular season games.
Please note that any account with a past-due balance will not be able to re-sell tickets.
What is Ticket Forwarding?
TicketForwarding is now available for all 2008 Jaguars home games! With this feature, you can forward your tickets to friends, family or business clients up to two hours prior to the game. There is no fee to utilize this service, and you will never have to worry about overnight delivery or leaving tickets at will call again.
Simply log-in to your account, select the ticket(s), enter the recipient's information and select "forward". During the forwarding process, the barcode on the original season ticket is cancelled and a new one is issued electronically. The recipient is sent a new ticket via TicketFast with a unique barcode that can be printed right away using any standard printer.
Please note that any account with a past-due balance will not be able to forward tickets.
Payment Plan
If you have chosen to pay for your tickets through the automatic payment plan, your monthly payments will be charged on the 20th of each consecutive month. Any payments returned by your financial institution will result in your account being assessed a $15.00 additional processing fee. If the past-due charge is not paid prior to the next scheduled monthly payment, your account will automatically be charged the past-due balance plus the monthly amount due for that month.
Any season ticket account with a past-due balance may experience a delay in that delivery of season tickets or risk being cancelled if the past due balance is equal or greater than two monthly charges. Tickets with a past-due balance also risk being turned off and denied entry into Jacksonville Municipal Stadium on game day.

HOW
To order your tickets online, please have your JAGUARS ID available as you will need to enter this number when prompted for your password. You can find your Jaguars ID on the Season Ticket Holder identification card located in the center of your season ticket sheet.
Once you select the game(s) you wish to attend, you will be asked to enter your password (Jaguars ID). Without this information, you will not be able to place an order.
(Please note: This is NOT the same password you use to log in to My Jaguars Account.)

Based upon availability. Maximum 10 tickets per game. Some sections/price levels may be limited depending upon game. All persons, regardless of age, require a ticket to enter Jacksonville Municipal Stadium. Throughout this offer period, season ticket holders will be offered a special single game ticket price. All transaction fees (excluding any delivery costs) will be waived. Any tickets purchased after this offer period ends will be subject to the current single game ticket price and all normal transaction fees will apply. Offer Period: July 14 – July 18, 2008 and August 11 – August 20, 2008.
